Direction:
A single steam is recommended to use ¼ cup. Its all a personal preference. Use as little or as much as you feel comfortable with. Boil herbs amount you desire like a tea. Remove from heat and let herbs steep while water reduce heat. Sit over steam for 30-40 minutes with bottom half wrapped in towel or blanket.
